Nont Sarahs Reporting Form

This form should be used to report any incident that occurs between model glider flyers and hang gliders and paragliders on the slopes of Marsden Moor known as Nont Sarahs.

The pupose is not to apportion blame but to see what can be learned with the aim of improving safety at the site.

The form should be completed by either the model glider flyer or paraglider/hang glider pilot, but preferably both.
